Our mission at this women-owned and operated softball coaching business is to empower young athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field. Through expert coaching and mentorship, we aim to instill a love and passion for the game of softball while also  shaping the body and mind of up-and-coming ballplayers. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every player feels valued and encouraged to achieve their goals, no matter their skill level. We offer guidance for young players with the proper training, the right equipment and a clear strategy into the best colleges.

Olivia
Malesku

Olivia Malesku is a highly successful softball player who has excelled in the game with her incredible skills and determination. Her passion for the game propelled her to start coaching. Her work in the classroom has earned her academic all canadian recognition at UBC as well as recognition as all conference academic in the cascade collegiate conference.  Off the field, Olivia is a role model for young aspiring softball players. She has participated in and run numerous softball clinics and camps, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of players. Olivia  finished her softball career in 2023 Her softball career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, and she hopes to inspire others and leave her mark on the sport for many more years to come.

Rawnie Weststrate Headshot

Rawnie
Weststrate

Rawnie Weststrate is a renowned softball player known for her exceptional skills and contributions to the sport. She started playing softball at a young age and quickly developed a passion for the game. Her natural talent and passion for the game propelled her to become one of the most talented players in her region.

After high school, Weststrate was recruited by several colleges to play softball. She ultimately chose to continue her softball career in the united states, where she continued to dominate on the field. She has transferred and will be playing at Division 1 school, Colorado Christian University. Throughout her career, Weststrate was known for her incredible work ethic, determination, and humble attitude.
